Our prices include your guide, all tour planning, preparation and research and all transport costs.

When you book a tour with us, you are booking exclusive access to your guide for the duration of the tour. You will not be part of a larger group unless this is specifically discussed and agreed in advance. We believe that this gives you excellent value and ensures that your tour is focussed on your wishes.

Other Charges

Tours of two days or more may require overnight accommodation for you and your guide. If this is necessary we will provide recommendations or can book on your behalf.

The cost of your guide's overnight accommodation expenses will be included in the price quoted.

If your party is large enough to warrant the use of a minibus we will include the cost of this in your quotation. The price quoted will include the hire of the vehicle, all insurance and fuel. There will be no hidden extras.

Collection from your hotel or arrival point at the beginning of your tour and drop off at its conclusion, is included in the price quoted when this is within the tour area. For an additional cost, we can collect you from a location away from the tour area, if required. Similarly, we can drop you off elsewhere at the end of your tour. We will happily provide a quotation for this additional service.
